Walk Home
This is a longer one.
Don't be afraid to comment, I know you're out there watching (australia). Even if you want to tell me what you had for breakfast. I want dialogue, even if you think my stuff sucks, or you don't care for anything I do. I don't really do all of this with a specific audience in mind, but if you're watching, I'm curious about you.
Music by The Books, actually there are a few spoken parts in the music, not recorded by me.

lady, it was firstly so nice to see some of bennington, I miss it, though unsure of my return. But it was beautiful piece and I'm loving your voice-overs. straight stuff. You've really captured moments lately. Moments you're in all the way and I can almost get there with you... moods... I don't know what I'm getting at. But it's working for me...
hope all is well for you.
love love
Rashley, I just loved this so much! I felt like I was there too. The various images, the movement, the colors....so beautiful. And the music seemed like it went with everything I was looking at. I love how you put together your videos. I will now send love and much furminater energy your way! LB
I really liked this video. It made me reflect on all the beautiful walks home I've had and wanted to record. It was well put together, well shot. good on ya!
"he thought he could stop if he wanted to"
don't we all.
(what the hell?)
[fizzle fazzle]
The Books are one of my favorite bands (I actually just did a number of posts about their recent concert in Boston I attended), so the music really held this together for me. But I think these kinds of videos are important, and I certainly don't think it was too long. But I like long videos and long songs. I'm just that kind of girl. Thanks for sharing that. I thought it was great.
Hi Ashe,
This is Sam watching you from Australia. I couldn't believe what I fell upon when I was googling random names from my past in the holidays. Your whole cool family is vlogging! I knew I should have contacted you when I started feeling like a pervy voyeur. And now you think I am one too! That last video was really beautiful. I liked the dancing one too. I like your life.
How did you get so old and cool and tattooed anyway? You know I just turned 31 and I'm a schoolteacher. I teach excitable and grumpy Sudanese kids how to write and add. I'm trying to buy some cheap land in the country so I can put a shipping container on it. You wanna architecturally design my shipping container?
hi sam!
I don't think you're a pervy, i just kept getting hits from australia and i had a sneaky suspicion it was someone i knew, guess i was right!
I think it's great that you found us all online, thats what this is all for i suppose!
FUnny you should mention shipping containers, it's something i started looking into last spring for a project in arizona. It's such a great building material, especially the ones that are already insulated. And you can stack them, that's what they're meant to do. We could build whole cities with them, i think there is an architecture firm that did something like that...

anywho, keep watching, i'd love to hear more from you!
This walk was absolutely beautiful. The sky just seemed to hang heavy up there. Great music and choice of voiceover. It was like getting a peak into your thoughts.
yes.
voice-over as promised...
trance-inducing.
Wow Lovely videos, it reminded me of home and how different places can have the same look and texture. I especially like the shadow and the hand in the pocket.
I like the way this video pulls the viewer inward. I feel as if I am walking with you through those fleeting thoughts and moods of "alone time". I enjoyed the slow pacing, it made me feel still.
Hey, where did you go?
I saw this video with Ryan a while ago. i really like the new style. voice overs work.
